Autobots and Decepticons in Cusco and San Martin
Once again, the incredible Peruvian landscapes showed off their splendor, this time in the new trailer for the movie Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. In this new 2.19-minute preview, the majesty of Machu Picchu can be appreciated, as well as other attractions of Cusco and San Martin region. The premiere is scheduled to be in June.
Precisely, during the first minutes of this material, the Maximals can be seen walking through the Peruvian Amazon, while the plot of the popular franchise’s next film is narrated. Besides, the first encounters between the leader of this team and Optimus Prime will take place here.
Another scene transports the characters to Abra Málaga, a location in Cusco. The Historic Sanctuary of Machupicchu was also in this recent launch, in the poster where all the characters appear and other of Cheetor.

The Transformers shooting in these destinations reaffirms the importance of Peru as a tourist, historical, and cultural destination.
