Touring Lima’s historic center

The tour begins in Lima’s main square, known as the Plaza de Armas (or Plaza Mayor), where we can appreciate the imposing colonial-style architecture of the cathedral, the Government Palace and the Municipal Palace. 

 

The tour also includes Plaza San Martín, Plaza del Congreso and the Desamparados train station, in an area where you can enjoy the architecture of Lima’s old mansion houses, with their colonial-era balconies. 

 

You can choose to end the day at the Water Park (“Paseo de las Aguas”), with its spectacular evening show of fountains and lights; a wonderful attraction for both adults and children.
