The Peruvian film has also been selected as a finalist for best feature film at the Quirino International Film Festival.
The Peruvian film Ainbo, Spirit of the Amazon has been recognized in the best animated film category of the Platinum Awards 2022. The work produced by the Peruvian studio Tunche Films was able to achieve a reputation above first level products in the industry.
In the words of José Zelada, director of the award-winning film, the film is a tribute to his mother, a native of Amazonas, who inspired him to bring the grandeur, customs and wonders of the Peruvian jungle, especially of the Shipibo-Conibo tribe, where his family has ancestry.
With this consecration, Ainbo, Spirit of the Amazon only confirms the great moment of Peruvian digital animation.
In the coming weeks, this Tunche production could win another award in Spain, as this Peruvian film is among the finalists for best feature film at the awards of the Quirino International Film Festival (Tenerife). This same audiovisual product is also competing in the best sound design and original music category (https://premiosquirino.org/finalistas).
