The Peruvian chests contained exquisite date candies and chocolates, and were handmade using the glass painting technique. For this occasion, they innovated and used mirrors with beautifully sophisticated designs adorned with bright colors.

Some of the celebrities who received the gifts were Austin Butler, Colin Farrell, Cate Blanchet, Ana de Armas, Michelle Williams, Angela Basset, Steven Spielberg and winners Michelle Yeoh, Jamie Lee Curtis, Brendan Fraser, Jonathan Ke Quan, among others.

History, tradition and innovation

Handicrafts are a cultural heritage in Peru. Each destination in the country has a different world view about myths, deities or traditions that, in many cases, are represented in diverse forms of art. The tourist tours in the north, center and south also include visits to different handicraft centers, where you can appreciate the techniques used in the elaboration of this Peruvian art.
