Peru is an attraction (and not only tourist) for any foreigner. There are lovers of travel, culture and, of course, Peruvian art all over the planet. One of them is the actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt, known for his starring roles in Batman: The Dark Knight Rises, The Walk and Lincoln, among other films, who showed his interest in Peru in a recent Facebook post.

On his social network, Gordon-Levitt posted the photo of the Temple of the Sun Qorikancha, located in Cusco. The image belonged to an enthusiastic user, who shared the portrait with the artist, so that he can see the beautiful postcards that can be taken in Peru. This is how the Los Angeles-born actor had the great idea to give Peru a space on his HitRecord website.

What is this web about? It is the official site of a non-profit foundation created by the actor a few years ago. The purpose is to create artistic projects that include photographic spaces, audiovisual productions and books. For this, Gordon-Levitt invokes all his followers to collaborate.

In this case, Joseph asked his fans to share photos taken in Peru. It is not necessary that they are professional or artistic: you can even upload images where the user appears in any location in the Inca country.

The idea is that people from all over the world appreciate the beauty of Peru through the images and that each person who enters the site can vote for their favorite photos, which will be included in a short film. Without a doubt, the actor has created an important showcase so that more people from abroad can see the landscapes, places and people from Peru.

Detail

Joseph Gordon-Levitt has an extensive career through different Hollywood films. One of his first jobs was as an actor in the well-remembered film Beethoven (when he was only 10 years old). In addition to being an actor, Joseph is a singer, producer and director.
